Ron Witzke, Director / President 5/08/2026 - Present ​​

Ron Witzke is a retired member of the voice faculty at William Jewell College, a position he held since 1984. He holds a DMA from Indiana University (1997) and a Certificate in Theology, Arts, and Culture from Fuller Seminary, Pasadena, CA (2018). He still enjoys teaching a few students these days, allowing for plenty of time for reading, writing and singing, as well as playing with the grandkids. Ron remains on the chorus roster of the Lyric Opera of KC metro.
Toni Heuer, Director / Treasurer 5/08/2026 - Present

My name is Toni Heuer and I am currently filling the HOA Treasurer position vacated by Gwen Williams. My husband Greg and I have lived here since March 2018. I am an accountant for the Liberty Public School District. I will be retiring in December and we look forward to traveling and enjoying life a bit more.
Doris Holderness, Director / Secretary 05/08/2024 - Present

I has been involved in numerous professional, business, and charitable organizations. I worked for Chubb Group of Ins. Cos. for 17 years, as a Sr. Claims Adjuster; served as president for the KC Claims Assoc. I spent 5 years at Crate & Barrel as a top furniture sales associate. I was actively involved in our church and many of our two kids school activites. Served on the Verona Hills Board and served on VTW Board prior to returning to the board in 2024. Phil and I have been in the neighborhood since 2016. We love spending time with our 3.5 grandkids and volunteering for Angel Flight Central.

Sherry Cady, Assistant Treasurer 05/08/2026 - Present
Sherry Cady has lived in the Villas of Tiffany Woods for nine years. She is retired from teaching math in the Park Hill School District and now enjoys volunteering in various organizations and gardening. This is her first year serving as the treasurer of the HOA. Sherry enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 8 grandchildren.

Bob and I have been married 40 years and moved to the Villas in July 2018, the last home completed in the subdivision. We have two daughters, Ashley and Kegan with a home in Tiffany Woods and Katelin and Patrick in Aurora, Colorado. We enjoy being near our two grand-children, Hannah and Greyson and our 2021 granddaughter, McKenna in Colorado.
Terry Becker, at Large 05/04/2023 - Present ​​

A retired English teacher from the Park Hill School District, Terry moved to the Villas during 2020, a memorable (!) year, but the move then was worth it because it has brought new friends and activities. She volunteers with the organization Harmony Project KC, for the backpack program with her church, and with the Kansas City Symphony Guild. When not at meetings, Terry plays pickleball as often as possible. She has two married adult children, two grandchildren, and travels to see them when their busy schedules permit. Terry is in her first year as Member-at-Large for the Villas board.
